Çiğköfteci Bey is a small çiğ köfte shop on Oğuzhan Asiltürk Street in Yukarı Bahçelievler. The business opened in Ankara in 2018 and makes Adıyaman-style çiğ köfte, a spiced bulgur dish, following what it calls a "mum and dad" family recipe. The menu is short and focused. Wraps such as the Vali Dürüm and Yağlı Dürüm come in soft tandır lavaş with seasonal salad, mixed pickles and lemon. There is also a classic hand-squeezed sıkma portion, the folded Hitap with pomegranate molasses, and several "sushi" rolls cut into eight slices, some coated in sesame, parsley or spicy corn chips. Every order comes with a hot sauce and a yogurt dip. The shop also takes delivery orders through online food apps, so it suits a quick lunch or an easy dinner at home.
