About Cennetkuşu Kebap

Cennetkuşu Kebap is a family-style kebab restaurant inside Sarnıç Park shopping centre in Çayyolu, in Ankara's Çankaya district. The kitchen follows the food traditions of Urfa in south-east Turkey, so the menu centres on grilled kebabs cooked with care and served in a warm, homely way. The business has more than 25 years of history in Ankara and reopened at its current home on 1 May 2014. It is run as a partnership between Dicle Avcı and Turan Cennetkuşu, and over the years it has drawn a loyal mix of civil servants, journalists, teachers and students. The team sums up its idea as cooking like the kitchen of their own home. It is closed on Mondays and open from noon to 9:30 pm on the other days of the week.
