Alma Table is a chef-led restaurant in İncek, in the Gölbaşı district south of central Ankara. It was founded by Arhan and Selin Karaca, and the head chef is Tuna Yüzüak. The room is simple and calm, so the attention goes to the food. The menu changes with the seasons and uses local Turkish produce in a modern way. A meal usually moves from starters to cold and hot small plates and then to main courses, and many guests share several dishes. The restaurant has a garden bar, which is a nice place for a drink before or after dinner in warm weather. Alma Table was included in the Gault & Millau Türkiye 2026 guide with two toques. It draws guests from all over Ankara and from other cities, so booking ahead is wise.
