About Roma Hamamı Ören Yeri

The Roman Baths in Ankara form an open-air archaeological museum in Altındağ. The grounds display tomb steles, inscriptions and architectural fragments, with Roman and Byzantine material arranged around the former palaestra. Excavated coins and inscriptions date the bath building to the reign of Caracalla, in 212–217 AD; the surviving remains also reveal its heating and service areas.
